求主耶穌永遠伴我行，賜下屬天平安在我心，
懇求救主掌管我生命，賜我平安，生命更新。

每一天

每一天，我懇求：至尊上主，三件事：
更深刻認識祢，更誠心愛祢，更緊緊跟隨祢。每一天。
每一天所度過的每一刻，我得著能力勝過試煉。
我倚靠天父週詳的供應，我不用再憂慮與掛念。
祂的心極仁慈無可測度，祂每天都有最好安排。
不論憂或喜祂慈愛顯明，勞苦中祂賜安泰。
幫助我，當我在困難危急，讓我全心信靠祢應許，
讓我享受祢安慰的甜蜜，教導我祢神聖的話語。
幫助我，當困苦艱難來臨，牽著我，就像慈父的手，
每一天，每一刻消逝無影，帶我走進應許地。
